Basic question or suggestion either way.
Why does this buff not give anything useful to being outmanned. Things like added toughness, power, healing power, etc?
This would be a lot more useful than the pointless buffs that in no way helped an outmanned team.

How about the bug that removed this when you die! If they ever change this buff to be useful then they need to make sure you can actually have it without rezoning back in to wvw each time you die.

I would change just one thing. Make it so you gear does not break if you have out-manned. (well and make it so the buff works and stays on even if you get downed)
