I gotta admit, I’m kinda impressed with the ammount of low ranked players… I was expecting to fall really behind when wxp became account wide since I always been very far behind of many people (Took me a lot of time to get 2 toons on bronze).

Now, I keep seeing a lot of bronze or lower ranked players, when I was expecting to see more Silver+ like me. (I’m 957 atm)

LOL – wvw rank…what does it mean? If you play outnumbered ALL the time because there is no effort to balance the games…what does the rank mean?

Ditto if you are zerg rolling….

What does it mean?

The zerg gets stronger faster and therefore imbalances the game even further….

So what does it mean?

I’ve never seen a mithril ranked, ever. LOL

I have, on TC. I suspect an SoR transfer. Some of those guys were crazy hardcore.

I’m a little over level 300 (bronze soldier). That’s fairly average for my guild, maybe a little above average.

I guess I am the only one who made new characters of same class as my main to actually have low rank chars in wvw – more fun cos people didn’t run away from me when they saw the rank. Oh yeah, this is my official accound bound wxp QQ.

Only Rank15 here at the moment. Only gotten serious in WvW over the past month (casual play) as I was levelling my Thief and Guardian up to 80 first.

I don’t know how people get so high rank. I basically play only WvW. Been playing since launch. (Did some PvP stuff in the beginning but never very far).

And I only have rank 215 or so. Yeah play a lot of alts but that shouldn’t matter now that its account bound.

Anyone who is gold or above probably commands a lot of pug zergs and karma trains fairly often. And is probably on a T1 server.

Dude, you being a Thief is already enough reason to make most zerglings to try run away from you (would be worse if you were a mesmer), your rank wouldn’t matter…

I’m getting close to gold and I’m thief, never command, mostly solo roaming and raiding, in mid silver server. Next!

WvW ranks or lack of them is only an indicator to WvW prowess, but it is an indicator none the less. A player doesn’t get Silver, Gold or higher and not have a lot of exposure to a variety of WvW play conditions.

Most of the people I have seen who are gold or higher do not command or mostly roam. Commanding can be frustrating at time. Roaming is fun all of the time.

After making 11 ranks yesterday (it was a good day), I should hit Rank 500 today. Only 3 to go!
