You appear to misunderstand.
PPK – Points Per Kill
It stacked with bloodlust. Bloodlust only works on players who you spike with a finisher. Meaning the enemy can do things like jump off keeps and ledges when they see death on the horizon, and you lose the opportunity to gain a point for killing them.
By the way, I havn’t noticed, anyone “crying” about PPK in the least. From what I have read, it seems to be unanimously liked as a mechanic, throughout the test. So I am not entirely certain why you would chose to falsely claim that folks are “crying” about it simply by discussion the fact that they liked it. Are you salty about?

There were quite a lot of people who did not like the idea of ppk. Although I did, there were negative consequences that people were understandably unhappy about. It encouraged blobbing and zerging. It promoted use of open field siege to gain points. And could even have the opposite effect of encouraging players of bunkering up in towers/keeps and simply avoiding open field fights for fear of giving up points.

@ChoChoBo, Many people who prefer to focus on fights liked PPK because it allowed us to help our server in terms of adding to the score to help keep scores close. In some cases it helped bring more fights, in some cases not so much. Also this was a temporary feature that gave a flat 1point for each kill your server made on top of any points your server could have made with any active bloodlust + stomps for a total of 2 points per kill assuming a finisher was used. So just like the no white swords, reception is mixed, some liked it, some didnt. Although PPK seems to have been much better recieved by the community.
