DRUCKWELLE [dw], today about 18 ppl, would like to thank GoW and HoB for the nice Guildfights on the Riverside Borderland. We enjoyed very much fighting against similar numbers of enemies again! Last few days we only found larger groups, and were also not that much (only 10-13).
We also enjoyed fighting against Nug, even if you outnumbered us. But that’s how we improve ourselves!
Keep up running on your own, as we try it by ourselves, WvW is much more funnier this way, I think you’ll agree. So sorry for our zerging at 21:40, but we got a lack of commanders (0 on map) and decided to turn it on to keep our people on the map.
Yea was some good fights in RS tonight, tnx to BLAK,BH and dw. GoW were 20-25ppl mostly(never counting pugs). Blob,Zerg occurs on all fronts and Skill-Lag affects all aswell but still some kitten good fights.

Is PRD still active and playing on Augury Rock? As far as I remember they transferred to AR from Arborstone when AS was falling apart. These guys are some of the best Smallscale PvPers I`ve met in GW2. I`d really appreciate if somebody could gimme feedback on this.

Unfortunatelly we couldn’t focus 100% on yourselves because of AR trying to hit our bay and had to help from time to time there. Still your devition to the cause is admirable! Funny how you’re trying to make a “little Berlin” on every map and keep defending it like it was your home or sth ^^

Its now 1 in the morning and SM just got kitten by the double penetration of both servers. Sadly the augury rock guys where beaten on there own borderland so heavy that they all switched to the Eternals with massive hate for Riverside in the backpack.
Even with some guys more the Piken guys would have not be able to steal sm from me without some help from the france guys.
But there where good fights today and DTK thanks all the guys that delivered bags of awesome to Durios and SM today.

Thanks a lot, Zumy. They used to field around five guys, really strong players. I`ve been most impressed by their necro, who is the twink of one of their thieves / elementalists.
Well, if you happen to find them, hit`em hard, then tell them: “With best regards from Buka”. I`m pretty sure they remember us, we had plenty of fun together, few months ago. Very nice, but competitive guys.
All in all it was a good WvW day for me. I had a lot of fun until late night 1am GMT.
Then it started that both servers RS and also AR (RS was a lot bigger) grouped up as one zerg.
RS zerg switched maps for like 10 times in 2 hours.
Also could someone explain me this freaking tactic from you RS guys. I mean you choose Piken BL over your own. WHY?
and second: do you guys really have fun with PvDoor ? I guess not that much because most of the guys in your zergs are upleveled. Maybe Anet should make lowering the experience you can get from taking stuff. WvW is for fighting against others and not for leveling. therefor you have a big PvE world. (just my opinion). ^^
And i want to use this post to announce the first GG raid after the rebuild.
GG will raid today at 19.00 GMT. Starting in the RS BL.
We will be only a small raid but we hope to find some enemys outside of the allmighty Blob.
I have to say good game to the little group of piken VII + Necro (i think) who take pangloss and defend it on EB. I was sleeping on the floor (surely a banana skin…) and i was watching you fighting. We were a lot more than you and you defend it for a very long time. Bravo
Necrosis had a blast yesterday in Eternal Battlegrounds!
We tried to mostly run as a warband but it was inevitable to join GG commanders in the defence of Durios and the , multiple times, reclaiming of Quentin.
Durios especially was beyond epic.Yes, we were outnumbered in that fight because both enemy servers tried to take it for a couple of hours straight yet we stood and we won.Epic times!
Also the fight in inner SM was very interesting with Necrosis and lots of friendlies doing some hit and hide tactics trying to lessen the Riveside numbers.I think we managed that to a great effect,though the waypoint timer might have saved you many supplies and soldiers.
All in all i am amazed by AR and RS tenacity ,trying over and over again.You seem determined.But AR…you like to grab the oppurtunity don’t you?
Don’t know what’s wrong with the Piken guys but complaining about RS and AS blobbing and then on the other side running around in an own blob with 30+
In comparison to what I’ve seen this tier 30 isnt really a blob though :P

But your intro might be a little exaggerated, Mogwow told me 2 months ago, they just started doing tourneys out of being bored of WvsW-zergs and lack of roaming opponents. They have been doing WvsW only, before, as far as I remember what they told me.
Anyways, nice fights, I enjoyed the vid. Smallscale is sooo beautiful, wish this game would encourage such play much more!

But honestly I too think that confusion is kittenedly overpowered in Wv3.
Two days ago I fought The Tainted along with AMOK, they were more but we could have outplayed them. If fit wasnt for perma chaosarmor on everybody and confusionbombing of several mesmers carried by eles :-). Getting 7k passive damage if you would use a healing skill feels very wrong.
Nerf Engi! Like Ranger he is superoverpowered if ppl l2p.

I don`t know, since I`ve witnessed Coarr and Crummush (my guilds rangers) take 1v2s and 1v3s quite convincingly on a regular basis, I came to the conclusion that there is just not many good rangers around. The class itself is brutally strong (but has not so many viable builds to offer).

Very good fights yesterday on RS borderlands. We were 4 AR’s guilds so we could take the half of the map, versus a lot of Piken’s guilds (HoB, GoW, etc…) and RS bad blob.
We are loosing a lot of WvWvW players, so we are not the same than some month ago, sorry Piken ^^

this afternoon was fun in EB… still searching for my zerg though… it disappeared just before we clashed RS near speldan.
also the evening was pretty epic in AR borders with farming in hills, being farmed inside bay, and adding about 50 deaths to my pile of deaths… :P (I collect them)

I admit that i was one of the commanders. but i got DC´d (gw2 error) at the watergate.

Theres been such an influx of free transfer guilds this week so that Piken is just as packed as it was just before the free transfers ended (then the sfr incident happened and queues mysteriously went away, heh). either that or the queue system has gone belly up again. Its been quite disheartening not being able to get a decent raid anymore without queing 2 hours in advance

Many ours guilds report this week crazy long queues, this time map fully book was AR, unlucky for us. Free transfers and bigger numbers of casual players on map with Russian raids playing bit longer after time change make ours raid stuck in queue, from 20 people we get in 7 :/ so raid didn’t happen.

Chatted to genowefapigwa in game yesterday evening to clear things up re: HoB, VII, III etc reportedly being out of position. Basically boiled down to “RAWR queues”! It’s all good!
Cornholio, i think you forgot WIC. They were pretty much around HOB though.
The inter-WIC-HoB coordination wasn’t particularly planned, honestly! Just kinda happened organically… There were a lot of people from Riverside and Piken all around that SE corner of the map, and not a lot going on elsewhere, so inevitable that people would get drawn in to where the action was. It was good fun! Though, given the amount of resources we were both throwing at it, it was only one tower!

Even after the influx of new guilds and solo players Necrosis has yet to face a problem with ques ,exept some players that can only log in deep inside primetime.
Also know this,(though i am sure most of you already know it) if you disconnect or remain afk and get kicked out of the server you have around 20-30min priority in ques.
For example i went afk yesterday for 20minutes.Got loged out.I log back in and que for RS BL and i am in 2 minutes.So don’t give up if you DC!
Anyway,Necrosis had awesome fun yesterday in RS BL though we did not have many people online and we had a new captain for that nights leading.I hope that next week is going to be as exiting as this one was.
I must say it is always fun to fight RS and AR….some guildtags that i remember….and you need to do some real good kitten for me to notice …..are AMOX and NR …. not bad at all … always good to encounter you

DRUCKWELLE [dw] had a lot of fun tonight at Augury Borderlands. We took keeps, lost them, took them again and so on. Also nice fights in, in front of and around the keeps and on the fields!
But, we would like to see some Augury Guilds walking on their own. We only found their amazing big blog, and this one was just too big for our 18 ppl. Nevertheless, we went in, fought, killed some and had fun doing it, even if we wiped in the end
We were happy to see some Piken Guilds roaming around themselves! Can’t remember all the names, but I’m sure it was Sparta, sometimes GoW and some others

With respect Ireth, I’d just like to stop you there. In our experience [dw] is the only guild on Riverside that can complain about blobbing, they run a seperate guild raid to the monster german blobs that we usually find. Although, that blob you just had taking our borderlands, holy kitten, those numbers. We were maybe 15-20 total on the map, and you easily had 70-80+, don’t know where you went after getting Garrison outer down though.
Hopefully will see some RS guilds running seperate this week, as well as AR’s, really want to break this current meta of ‘the blob’. Hope to see [dw] also over the course of the week, want more chance to fight you guys!
