Would really like to see people you add to your blocked list no longer appear on your map and screen as spam tags. It’s great and all that giving tags to ever level 3 XP farmer and every troll’s alt has turned most of the game into a skittles simulator. Would be nice if we could use the tags for the purpose in which we paid for them, though. I don’t really see any other solution. When you have 3 people tagged up leading operations and 46 people tagged up with no intention but to harass and spam, there’s a problem.

Honestly i don’t know where you play (NA/EU) or what server and time, but honestly, outside of LA where there is dozens of tags all around (the same it was a year ago during prime time actually so no change) and people screwing around for fun with them and joking with them (mostly having multiple tags up for events that would only require one), it’s pretty disciplined in EU, no troll tag yet in WvW, EotM or world bosses events.

It’s like it was when tags started to be available widely, with the “cherry on top” that it’s new for everyone and people play with it, it’ll be a pain for a few days, and then it’ll be back to what it was before.

Most people won’t tag up because there is no point outside of the novelty, and it’ll be back to normal.

Only “change” will be more people able to tag on if needed in most modes.

We had a bunch of tags on EBG at NA T8 today… But we did that on purpose and everyone had agreed with that. We usually don’t even have a tag up…
