Wait.. consume Badges of honor for what? They are just currency for buying sieges and exotics from the WvW vendors, aren’t they?

Badges you pick from Skirmish Chests (20/chest) have to be clicked individually to add to the wallet.

Replying to what may have been OP’s intent with another question:

Why, when we choose to get Proofs of Heroics in exchange for the pip chests, do we have them accumulate in the inventory as soul-bound (until clicked on)and not account-bound or auto-wallet?

Is there a specific use (masteries? skill points?) for the soulbound Proofs I am not aware of?

Should I save them in the soulbound form for any expansion’s requirements, just in case?

Even better to give us more useful things to buy with badges, instead of just exotic armor and weapons (useless except for skins), 75 level food (I use level 80 food!), normal siege (superior siege is better), traps (useful), infusion (useful), ascended trinkets (useful, but lacks some choices e.g. ascended backbag).

I know you can convert badges Badge of Tributes, but even 30k badges gives only about 250 g, which is very little considering the effort to obtain 30k badges.

I have over 65000 badges and tons of siege of my main character.

Oic, that makes sense now. In that case, what I’d like to see is the option to open all skirmish chests at once, selecting the same reward from each. That may be technically difficult though, idk . . .

I’d be happy with the removal of double confirm on the tactics/upgrade box. Idk why people are choosing the badges box.

Not everyone plays and blobs a lot since launch

I choose badges cos i’m the guild scribe…Badges of Tribute for guild siege use all my honour badges yo.

Badges and Heroics will most likely come in handy if they do release another expansion. I myself do not need more as I have plenty, but the rest of the stuff in those boxes are worthless to me so I will stock up on Heroics and Badges.

Yep, would be nice if we could buy some other stuff with badges, but I’m glad they added the cultural skins cuz I have yet to obtain all of those.

I don’t think you can get that much for them these days. After TP fees you are probably looking at around 120g.

Ya I suppose there are alot of you newer players who don’t realize badges pour into the wallet compared to choosing these boxes with badges. The wiki page should have a good breakdown on all the sources for them.
