This event, every time it starts, creates so much lag that it makes the game completely unplayable, can you please disable it until there is a fix.

But how else will they stop us from playing WvW, so they can claim noone plays WvW so they can shelve the game mode and never hear of it again?

Complained about WvW before it became cool.
I used to be a PvE player like you, then I played Guild Wars 2
