When operating ballistae, arrowcarts, trebuchets, and so forth, you wind up killing a fair number of the enemy.

Occasionally, you get a loot bag.

Right now, you have to release the siege weapon in order to loot the bag(s), then take control of the weapon again.

This is not only inefficient, but results in some cases where people will run up and take control away from you while you’re trying to grab the loot bags before they despawn.

Ideally, I’d like to see some form of auto-loot or some way to simply collect everything for later retrieval so you don’t have to stop and loot in WvWvW, but if that can’t be implemented, at least try to come up with a solution for those on the siege engines.

Risk vs Reward, regardless if it’s a siege engine you purchased you can always take back control of it. If it’s a non purchased keep emplacement, well yea… you drop it, fair game. I don’t see the issue here.

If you are worried about people stealing your siege engines, then build your own and stop forcing others to pay for your xp/loot.

Also, loot bags take priority over manning a siege engine. It takes less than a second to press F 3 times.

Huh? There is nothing wrong about with this situation. If you didn’t purchase the siege equipment yourself then its not yours. You don’t own it and you don’t dictate who uses it. This game is full of risk vs reward scenarios… On the other hand you can buy the siege equipment yourself and kick anyone off it and take ownership of it whenever you please, it’s in the games mechanics… You are the only person trolling here…

Huh? There is nothing wrong about with this situation. If you didn’t purchase the siege equipment yourself then its not yours. You don’t own it and you don’t dictate who uses it. Oh, didnt know you could do that. Never used siege equipment before, I still like those guys on the forums though. My apologies. I’m too tired to post on forums it appears

It doesnt work like that for the defenses of the current tower/keep, so its still an issue.
