So what do you win in WvW that is so important that you play so long? I mean I would understand if there was an actual prize for winning… but there isn’t. ANet doesn’t have a gun to your head forcing you to play.

I have a feeling this guy is exaggerating a lot in an attempt to get Anet’s attention… it won’t work.

Welcome to WvW. It’s designed to be a war of attrition as WW1, the most boring war ever, was. Forget about deciding matches with skill, bravery, ingenuity…it’s all about being on the map, morning shifts, day shifts, night shifts, it never ends.

Wow you’re comparing MERC with PRX? Well I’m honored by such a comparison but MERC is no where near the level of PRX atm.

So what 50 responses telling a driven individual to stop being driven, you guys are freaking ridiculous.
The main point about a casual game with a really great game mode in WvW is really not casual enough.
I wonder if they could link an NA server with a Euro server when you entered WvW, the same way we can sPvP with anyone. That’d help everyone.
So for example SoS would share a permanent WvW space with Blacktide, so it’s a SOS/Blacktide server.

Are you serious?… Read what i’m saying…

PRX is completely gone, and they were a powerful force on our server, and it made little to no difference to the outcome of SoS. MERC is nothing compared to that. So you DON’T need to be playing in order for SoS to stay on top.

That isn’t a problem, or a requirement. You have got screws loose in your head (your real life head, not your characters head, make the distinction) if you are genuinely feeling this way.

Sell your company and hire some people to be commanders in your guild.

It’s the only solution I can see.

Yeah, and now PRX plays in a european server where they only fight sleepy ghosts.

If people doesn’t want to sleep it’s their problem, they want to win more than others (or they have nothing to do IRL, which it’s even worse for them), but… why do they allow people from all timezones go into other servers so they can play at deep-night. (i dont understand why they go other servers anyways, it’s not like nightcapping is fun at all, not because the hour, but because no enemies). People should be in their-timezone servers, and other things should not be allowed @@, altho it’s hard to do from a company POV.

On the other hand, the few days i’m online at those hours (mostly when i can sleep endless hours next day), night’s are much funnier playing versus PRX than doing nothing.

Anyways it’s hard to find a balance, if you limit hours, then it’s not “MvM”, it becomes a little more castle sieges and queues would be incredible.

The idea about linking servers with hours is great (euro servers with the opposite-hour ones) IMO. Plus they can do a real balance doing so (link t1 with worst servers, t2 with 2nd worst servers…). And language barrier shouldnt be that big if each one plays at different hours.

I enjoy the repeated statement “Delegation is not a problem” coupled with “I’ve delegated plenty but they are all gone!!!” – DELEGATE AGAIN, to new and OTHER people… Pew pew

Then take a break, level an alt, have some fun, talk dirt on TS (we always talk about boobs, vibrators, moobs or fisting). Maybe have a beer and relax..

Or god forbid, have sex with your wife/girlfriend I’ve heard it’s very relaxing
