Many guilds on ackward servers like Ehmry Bay are still deciding about the server transfers. Our guild is watching for our next week’s matchup.

Due to us have 30x more points than our enemy servers, we are still testing out queue times and such. We are seriously considering transferring to a lower population server; we are simply trying to decide which would be the best choice.

Closing server transfers will NOT fix population problem or WvW problems, it will only worsen it.

Please leave server transfers open until all servers have a more or less stable population. Thank you,

Covenant, would it be ok if ANet just restricted server transfers to once per week or locked them out during the second half of WvW matchups?

More time of free transfer shenanigans will just continue the downward spiral WvW has taken on a shocking number of servers. Loss of pvp guilds and players to winning servers, spying, exploits, all are killing the general population’s will to participate in WvW. Compared to these problems a few people who can’t get in on the basecamp fest because the queue is too long is not important.

Furthermore, transfers are not being taken out of the game, they will simply cost gems, you can still move your guild, it will cost you a little gold or money.

Did they announce anything on that topic or why are you asking to leave them open?

Or are they even closed already? I didn’t use the service much so I didn’t really follow.
