Hi from GoM and was just wondering if we were the only server that thinks that these match ups are unfair to the people losing and to the people winning…
With the old tier system it was usually a fair fight on our tier and we liked working at getting higher but I will post a screen shot to show what I mean when we are placed against servers that do not have coverage to keep up.
( you might notice EB is impossible to get a foot hold into having waypoints in every keep.)
I mostly play for the new Free-For-All arena in PvP lobby.

im from FC and was about to post that 1 myself, i mean the coverage difference just from last night was intense, i was running our 10 man zerg trying to keep our BL just remotely safe, when yall had a 30man throwing orange swords every where u went. was hilarious, and dont u guys have like everything fully upgraded in EB lol?

No offense, but this is not new is it? Haven’t ET and FC as well as FoW and Vabbi been getting demolished for a very long time? Can’t really blame the new system for that.
It is very very different. ET and FC did very well last week. This week is a blowout. FoW and Vabbi always do poorly.

yea we never do this poorly and last week we may not have won our bracket but we didnt get rofl stomped, this match up with a server with this great of numbers and getting double teamed at that. we r confined to fighting over out borderlands cuz we cant get out of spawn in EB.

Also, who’s getting double teamed? Why aren’t FC and ET double teaming GoM? If you really can’t field enough people for even one map, forget your home BL, your home BL is the hardest – its a natural 2v1 against you. Everyone on both FC and ET go to GoM BL (or EB) and double team them. Those two maps will be set up to your advantage – especially GoM BL – as long as you’re not fighting each other.
Although I’m unaware of any coordinated attempts by FC and ET to double team GoM in our borderlands, i doubt that they’d be able to take anything more than lake and briar towers. If we can successfully push them both out of EB and camp their spawns with huge amounts of siege set, both at the same time, they won’t have much chance at taking us down when we have the defensive advantage of a keep or tower (fully upgraded), rather than them having the advantage of invincibility and legendary defenders. Add to this the fact that they would need to split and tackle one keep each to avoid damaging each other as well us, and you’ve just got a recipe for failure.
And I intend no disrespect to FC or ET by this. When you don’t have the numbers, you don’t have the numbers. There’s not a lot we can do about that.
Basically it’s just no fun. FC and ET surely don’t like being dominated (or rather, gominated) like this, and, although i can’t speak for all of gom, most of RISE don’t get their kicks from spawn camping. I’m sure we’re all looking forward to a different matchup next week. I just hope that ET and FC get someone that will give them a fairer fight.
