As for time, the 6pm PST sound decent for NA. That still leaves a nice chunk of time for the east coast to get on fora few hours in case people need to work Saturday.

As someone who finish work on fridays it feels like a day of doing nothing when reset is on saturdays. but when they were on fridays its something to look for after a long week of work. So yes please put it back to fridays.

Another vote for Friday reset! In order to accommodate our East coast players, reset should be at 5pm PST / 6pm PDT. Otherwise a reset starting at 10pm EDT would be late for part of the community. You also said the hot fix could technically take place at anytime on Friday so an earlier reset shouldn’t interfere if you also move up the hot fix.

Reset on Friday please. Also, rotate alpine borderlands. No need to completely scrap a map that was fully functional and preferred by a majority of the player base

Bring back Friday Resets for sure. Its awful playing on Saturday and no one raids since last day of the week.

The new proposed time for Friday is only 1 hour later than the old time. I’m east coast and I don’t mind starting at 9 EST/10 EDT. The previous time of reset (8 EST/9 EDT) tended to be too early for our pacific coasters, especially in the winter (5 PM PST). Not being able to make it at reset = stuck in queue, which seems like more of a problem to me than east coasters having to wait a bit longer or stay up later on a Friday night.

I vote for Friday reset, I would prefer it be starting at 8 EST or 9 at the absolute latest.

I really enjoy spending Friday evening in WvW after a week’s work.

pretty sure the “old time” on Friday was not given as an option and in fact is the time they want to avoid due to patch potential so it seems weird to me that everyone keeps saying “Friday at the old time”. They asked for other time possibilities other than what was given to the exclusion of the time it use to be but please correct me if I am wrong ANET. Just don’t want to see another bunch of WvWers getting their hopes up over a misunderstanding

Our tentative plans are:
NA resets on 6PM/7PM PST/PDT Fri (2:00 UTC Sat)
EU resets on 10AM/11AM PST/PDT Fri (18:00 UTC Fri.)

From the post, the word tentative meaning they haven’t figured out an exact time yet. so people asking for it on Friday at the original time isn’t so bad.
