well i mean not working as in, they never worked for my characters. take for an easy example the robust bonus which gives health boost. 2 weeks ago when it was at 10% i was still at 10805 hp and as now the bonus is at 2% i still have 10805 hp, clearly stating that i do NOT get the bonus. i literally just asked my guildmate if he has the tooltip bonuses showing in the topleft under the WvW section, and he has there, where as I dont
