Northern Shiverpeaks jumping a tier? And yeah, how do you have SoR falling a tier when they’re in first place by a huge margin? There’s a chance even that SoR and Ehmry could switch tiers.

Hmm… I think you may have DH and SF backwards. At present, I think DH will take 2nd which should give them a large point boost… since SF will likely be taking 3rd and we already lost points for a close matchup last week when we were in first… I’m assuming we’ll drop a fairly large amount.

FC will be moving up and be facing the losers of Borlis pass vs Anvil rock and the loser of
Sorrow’s Furnace vs Sanctum of Rall vs Darkhaven

NSP isn’t jumping a tier. According to this we’d be advancing 2 spots in the total rankings putting us in the middle of the next tier. Nothing was skipped.

Yea NSP will be jumping up a tier and 2 spots, very similar to IoJ last week jumping ahead of DB and CD
The only issue with FC jumping is 100 points is hard to make up. A +70 rating with a -30 rating still looks like failing short by a nose

There is something seriously wrong with your calculations. You have SBI going up by 20 or more points and they are last by a huge amount of points in our Tier. I have never seen a server gain points for getting last.

I don’t claim to be able to do any better however so I won’t even try to guess how their points system works. I didn’t bother reading their links int he sticky.

Edit: Sorry, not “20 or more”. Only 18 but still I haven’t seen anyone gain points while getting third.

Ya, your calculations are WAY off. Here’s the reason I say this: Last week SF came in first place in the matchup, however we lost 5.07 points. Reason? We only won by a small margin (1k or so). This week, we are going to lose by a much larger margin against the same opponents… however, you only have us losing 5 points again. Simple logic dictates your calculations are in error. Jez sayn.

I think you are misunderstanding the chart that was posted. That was the results of the matches from last week (not the current match). I think you are taking the rating + the delta to get the new rating.

What the chart shows is the rating for this week with the delta being the change from the prior week.

Tbh aside from the one or two things previously pointed out I think its a pretty good estimate on how things will look when the flip comes. Going to be an interesting week. If not in the least for the forum trolls.

I think SBI ET is going to be too close to call as they may be seperated by less then 5 pts either way…

GoM is losing by an embarrassing amount don’t be surprised that they drop down 2 brackets

My original thinking was that last week they were pretty much the same. This week BP moved up in rank and FC moved down so I figured similar performances would give BP more of a drop and FC more of a boost.

However, the more I think about it last week FC lost to NSP that was slightly higher rated (about 100 point difference) and this week BP lost to a much higher rated NSP (200 point difference). So I think I you are probably right FC is probably staying where they are at.

By fair amount I meant in points relative to ET and JQ. Guessing SBi will probably drop 50-75 points or so.

They’ll drop to #4 overall but there is no way they drop further than that. Next server down is like 200+ points away.

I don’t know if it’s accurate because I’m way too lazy to go over it, but props Ocyris for putting in the effort! If it is true, that means Dh is stuck with SoR… not cool.
