Will I be able to reclaim all the heroics I’ve missed because of ranking up before the patch?

Or is it: too bad, go level some more?

If you still have them you should be able to consume them into your wallet.

Look for them in your toon’s inventory. Right click and consume all. Sadly you do have to do this in each toon, but then again it’s Vetter than looseing the buggers.

I’ve never seen any and my toon is rank 250+ maybe even 350+ though those were all from EotM. Should I contact support or is there another way?

Also got 0 in my wallet.

One last thing did you rank up after the release of HoT or were your ranks aquired before october 2015?

Proofs were introduced with HoT in rankup chests, any ranks acquired before are unaffected and dont get retrorewarded.

This. I would add that unused Proofs before the last WvW patch will still show as proofs until used at which point they will go into the player wallet. Also, no proofs will show up until rank up chests are open.

Yeah thats the bummer, you neeed to rank up a bit more then.
On the bright side your birthday celebration booster afflicts wxp gain. Pop one of those next time you join a zerg thats on a pvd run ( that is taking stuff down with out a fight, for instance eotm) and you gain wvw ranks quite fast.
