They really serve no purpose except to 20v1 roamers.

They’re trolls. A vile cancer upon WvW.
I wonder how many people they’ve driven from WvW? Servers are dying. People are leaving. And yet there exists zergs that actively drives people away from WvW.
Bad design Anet. Zergs and guilds make people quit playing your game?
Fine, let them play PvE, they can have fun there. But keep them out of WvW. They just ruin it for everyone.

I was roleplayin on my ranger when this Ark guild zerged me. After that they all just spammed /laugh and built a ballista on my corpse. Please arrest them irl, anet. I want to roleplay in wvw just like everybody else, but guilds and zergs only ruining it.

lol this is as bad as the ban guilds from eotm thread. Why bad guilds from wvw? Because they dominate everything when they are actually good? Guilds serve the purpose of 20v40ing people all the time. Or killing those other guild groups that 20v1 you.

So we should ban 20-50 people from a guild from playing WVWVW so that you (1 person) can play undisturbed?

YES! You have apparently found the solution to all the problems in WVWVW! Go tell Anet at once.

The thing i like most about his suggestions is how he doesnt realise the name of the game he’s playing.

Can we ban commanders too? They’re useful in PvE, but all they do in WuWuW is just spawning zergs. I died five times today to the zergs while gathering and doing my daily.

i like how all the egoistic 1v1ers think.

they think that when they max stats and build for 1v1 and win, they are great but in actual fact, they are idiots.

with anets track record they will ban zergs. they don’t listen to anything serious wvw-players have to say (see the reaction to the CDI’s), but if a troll (and good gembuyer) makes a sugestion, they go for it.

I myself get ganked by blobs all the time, but maybe cause I’m a scout.. still it happens when I’m not as I’m kitten in’.

Cut and paste from the ban thieves from wvw, edit the word thief into zerg and voila this thread is alive!

Funny thing about thieves…how sensitive they are…

Had that other post been about banning warriors or elementalists…they wouldn’t start a thread like this. They’d be like ‘meh, whatever.’

But not thieves…thieves always gotta get that last word in.

Maybe Rangers would react this way too… Except instead of a snarky single paragraph it would be a 1 page essay on why zergs need to be banned because in the 4th patch of the 3rd expansion of guild wars 1 a side character said something about quality over quantity so clearly the LORE would support the banning of zergs.

Personally I hate thieves because this game isn’t suppose to have any rock/paper/scissor system yet…Thieves/Mesmers beat GWEN at roaming, and GWEN beats TM at zerging and TM and GWEN beat Ranger at everything.
