Pull skills suffering culling issues?

Try looking up if the scorpion wire connects. I’ve noticed that when someone uses SW on my character on uneven ground I end up 900-1200 paces up in the air and get hefty fall damage when I drop down.

Most of the pulls I talk about are usually on fairly even ground, one instance being outside a tower as a stray tried to escape after jumping over the side. I don’t think I’ve even tried it on a ranger yet, and as far as I’m aware, Hide in Plain Sight doesn’t work against pulls, only dazes/stuns, knockdowns/backs and launches. I haven’t seen anyone being thrown up in the air, but I would think that I would see them fall to earth rather than a slow emergence identical to when Thieves/Mesmers are culled.

Pull are really buggy in WvW.
I use magnetic pull to pull people in my combo, and 66% of the time they aren’t pulled at my feet. They stoo in between.
That’s really annoying. Sometime they pull and stop midway, then disappear, and reappaear near me. Like if the pull was lagging. It’s really hard to know where they really are.
