Guild Wars 2

I’m thinking of transferring to Eredon Terrace because most of my friends play wvw there. However they are last place on the rankings. Does this mean that if I transfer to ET and they hypothetically get last place (again), We won’t be getting tickets for mistforged weapons? How does this work?

I took a hiatus since the end of season 1 living world so it’s been approx a year since I’ve done any pvp so excuse me if I’m spewing nonsense.

Here’s how it works now:

1. The tournament lasts for 4 weeks.

2. Each week you have a number of WvW achieves to complete (less than before).

3. Complete all the Weekly achieves and you get a number of tickets based on your server’s ranking. (If you’re dead last, I believe it’s 100 tickets.)

This means that, even if you placed last for all 4 weeks, as long as you completed all 4 weeklies, you’d still end up with 400 tickets, enough to get at least 1 Mistforged weapon.
