On NA, Saturday 4pm PST (or 24hrs later than previously for both NA & EU) and will continue to be such until that particular sore spot gets a revisit which is looking further and further in the future given all the other squawking going on lately.

It’s actually at 6pm pst(but usually it’s 11 minutes late) time and all keeps and towers have cannons ready to go making it super aids right off the bat.

Nov 1st, so after this reset for those that are in daylight savings time now will go back to PST for the winter and our reset will be an hour earlier. Time is all relative anyways right?
