Hi,

I saw a guardian and mesmers jump into inner SM, so the zerg didn’t have to break down any gates at inner. They jumped up at nw, south of the gate there. After the zerg did that I saw some mesmers trying the same jump at the same place (probably so they are able to do it the next time around).
Is it allowed and if not, why is it still possible?

Honorable Server Maguuma would never jump into SM, plz. Obviously it was a sick stealth portal.

Not a portal, Ive seen this first hand with a group I was with. Its a glitch.

This is a known bug. It’s been around for a long time. It happens with phase retreat, certain blink/gap closing skills, or some other skills in certain places. It’s very hard to replicate and usually just happens by accident. Honorable people will just jump back out.

Please Maguuma is a honorbale server nobody would ever do something like that.

Ah, if you can get into that gate the same way that you used to be able to get into the south gate (and judging from that SS, that seems to be the case), it’s actually very easy to replicate, and you don’t need any of the skills you named, or even any similar skills, to do it.

I’m on Maguuma. We are targeted by hackers all the time. Maguuma doesn’t have a single hacker. The way you get into Stone Mist Castle is to has a Mesmer player use their portal skill.

Not sure if you are aware of this, but if you stand in the spot halfway up the wall just under the ledge and an enemy mesmer inside SM uses their temporal curtain pull, they pull the enemy into SM.

This requires no hacks and I have seen this happen dozens of times. Having even pulled in several enemies myself.

Hope that helps, this may not be the case here but it’s certainly what I thought when I saw it.

Thankfully in mid silver EU whenever this has happened the people on inner give the enemy a chance to jump down, not attacking just let them jump down and I can’t remember an instance where they haven’t.

Everyone knows it’s an exploit and quite frankly unless SM is full T3 we all know it’s going to be the number 1 target on the map with half a dozen holes in it after 10 mins anyway.

I believe he’s making insinuations, not comments. Quit picking on Maguumans. Everyone knows we are the most respectful server and it’s why we are the most targeted.
