ANet mentioned that they wanted to add a way to farm Leather in the game.
Crazy thought…. What if Leather was farmable in WvW ? Would the world implode ?

I think it could have been interesting, to spread income types a bit more around different game modes. I mean, it might encourage a few more to try wvw, but largely I expect WvW players to be able to sell it for profit on the TP, thus stabilizing the prices somewhat more, and giving us somewhat of an income :p if we don’t use it ourselves.
Also thematic, wvw is gank thieves, they need their ascended condi armors
