Simple, straight forward idea. Perhaps rank ability points could turn into a currency of some sort that can be traded in for WvWvW related items after a player has maxed out their abilities. I must admit, the ability points feel a little useless once you’ve maxed out your abilities as is. A new mastery of some sort would be well appreciated just to get rid of the excess points piling up with nothing to spend them on, but if thats not going to happen perhaps this could be implemented seeing as its actually quite simple to add another vendor.

Why?

It is already established that they are slowly, but surely adding new lines to invest points. Why would we want to limit the room for growth, by adding something that competes with those points going into new WvW upgrades.

The last time I remember them talking about adding new masteries was back in april 2014 which…was 9 months ago(almost a year) ago.

Some long long time ago there were data mined new masteries and there was 5 of them as i recall. Only one we got was Golem one. So yeah they adding them slowly by the time we get all 5 we be sitting at old ppl home yelling at the cardboard box that it won’t give us the weather channel.

It was established by them adding new lines such as siege golem mastery. Sorry, I wasn’t clear, I gathered that the fact that they added an entire new line had represented my point. I should have been more clear.
