As I recall, the schedule for relinking is the last reset in every even month. Sooo, it should be next week – 06/30.
With 1U1D in place for now, atleast we know who we’re fighting tonight though.

Hopefully with 1 up 1 down linking will be done on the basis of server ranking and who the server will likely be facing across 2 tiers, but knowing anet I doubt it.
