But seriously, I’m incredibly dissapointed with ANET’s “GIVE ME MONEY BY SERVER TRANSFERRING” wvw update. Mainly because Anvil rock’s slow climb did a complete 180 as soon as the league announcement hit. So, in message to all the servers that are fighting our horribly understaffed, transfered-out server : “Thank you, may I have another?”

Anet should enable free transfers to servers without wvw queues.

I doubt it would change a thing.

The people who stack the servers did it cause they want to be in the top tiers and now that they are locked to that server for the season. Anet would need a crowbar and a protective suit to make them move cause they will be kicking and screaming if they tried, even if Anet decided they would pay them 800 gems to move down I am sure most would decline.

Fact is nothing is gonna change this season. The schedule, the queues and the achievement hunting PvEers (Which I have no problem with and welcome the new blood.) are here for the next seven weeks or until people get bored and move on.

If you want to stick it to Anet; Don’t log in.
That is really in the end all you can do. Right now the guys on Anet’s WvW are probably hi-fiving each other looking at the record numbers for WvW and the bean counters in accounting are nodding in approval seeing WvW items become more popular in the gem store.

You don’t have to give money to anet to transfer….

They made a huge error reinforcing the ignorant belief of the “community” that the biggest servers are somehow “better”.

They should be out there demonstrating that there’s more “skill” working with less numbers, more “skill” when you can actually move your troops between zones, and even though skill doesn’t currently matter much when it comes to the scoreboard — at least you won’t have to wait in queues!

But instead they called the biggest servers the “gold” league and reinforced the idea they are the place to be….
