Remove Pve farm spots from WvW
The Botting is a problem, agreed. I do not agree with you on the removal of PvE beings from the WvW maps. The intent of WvW maybe purely for PvP, but how realistic is it that you’ll encounter an enemy across a large stretch of land without encountering the natural critters/beasts that lived in that land prior to the battles that irrupted on their lands? Not very likely, and it adds to the PvP content. Makes it difficult for attacks in certain areas, makes it difficult to retreat through certain areas, etc. Makes for a more challenging experience and adds to more strategic planning with extra obstacles to overcome.
You’re suggestion isn’t a bad one, it would totally shut down the botting capablities of anyone of any level to go out there and farm at level 80, when they could be level 5. I just hope they find a way to handle this problem in a different way, and quickly.
Fix the botting, obviously.
PvE camps in WvW are fine though. DAoC did it great, it gave small groups of 2-4 people something to do for fun and netted better pve rewards than regular pve. that also made it easier for other small pvp groups to have skirmishes which GW2 WvW seriously lacks.

I don’t think PvE and PvP should ever mix, but for a lot of different reasons Idc to get into atm.

Instead of removing, how about having them not drop anything at all like they did with the tutorials zones?

That would make those who are out there playing WvW normally, or even just being a PvE farmer (not botting) to lose out on what they are deserving as a reward. Some people do not do anything but WvW, only money they get is from the events out there and the PvE kills. WvW was designed to allow players to be able to play just WvW, if for whatever reason they wanted to do so.
I said remove the camps not mobs entirely. And if the company feels pve should be in it as a reward then I just ask you put it somewhere people will actually fight over it. A cave in the top corner of the map far removed from the action that gives better drop rate is just asking for bots.
i participate in battle regularly and I do farm the centurs camp for loots to sell. Why? I need to find a way to pay my repair bills.
~We Are Deadly When Required~
And you can’t do that outside of WvW?
Sure I can , but while I farm for repair cost, I can easily drop doing that and help defend out garrison and supply post when needed.

I just think ANet needs to place a WvW related objective in those areas. For example, if there was a relic similar to orbs that could be captured and placed into a Tower (not keep) that increased the Towers points by +10. This would give PvPers a reason to go there, making it a bad place for botters because all three teams will want the relics and kill any botters hanging around.
Another option would be to have the Centaur and Skritt camps as a defendable objective. Similar to a tower or supply camp but with a different flavor.
Or you could make them mercenary camps, beat Centaurs into submission to gain Skritt favor or vice-versa. The speak to the Skritt or Centaur chieftain and direct them where you want them to attack or defend. Gaining Centaur favor might spawn a Centaur engineer and treb team to attack a nearby enemy keep(attack) or Trap (defend) nearby friendly towers or keeps. Gaining Skritt favor might spawn Skritt Sappers or Thieves to go bomb (attack) or trap (defend) a nearby enemy keep or tower.
Currently there is no reason to go there unless you are after the skill point/farming for repairs or you are botting. Give WvWers a reason to go there and the botters will go elsewhere.

Another solution would be to make the Skritt/Centaurs like the Quaggans. These bots are usually part of the “defending” team in my experience, so if this was changed the mobs would be green and therefore un-killable to the defenders when captured, and if the opposing team had bots running there the bots would capture the place themselves rather quickly.
Then just have it be similar to the Quaggans, where you get a Skritt squad at the west tower and supply camp (Longview/Arah’s Hope or equivalent), a Centaur Squad at Cliffside/Astralhome, and both of them at the Northern supply camp (Godsword). Would also give real players more incentive to go to these locations after they’ve gotten the POI and SP, which would clear the bots out.
To op, I do go to centurs and I am not a botter. It’s just a easy place for me to farm up for repair cost like I say in my previous post.

I like Revenants idea. +1 from me
Gankfex, wvw is supposed to be a mix of pve and pvp.
There is sPvP for pure PvP.
Going down the road mythic did and removing every NPC from the PvP territories makes the game more stale.
WvW is a living world, there just happens to be a war going on in it.

Its becomes your servers problem when 40 people are doing pve to farm some coin.
Do that stuff outside WvWand give your slot to someone who wants to assist your server to win battles.
PvE is ok just dont let them drop anything so bots and farmers dont get anything from doing that.
WvW has 150/160 slots per map and queues vary from 1 to 6 hours, ashame you dont think about those people who want to participate for WvW instead of PvE where there is plenty of stuff to farm.
Go to Orr a much better place to farm coin.
I like it as is. It separates the noob servers with the coordinated servers, while also giving the winning team more of a bonus over map control. Really no reason to go to WvW when you’ve conquered the map if there’s nothing else in there.
Well, one reason people farm them is the level boost. You can be a level 2 player, get boosted to 80, and kill these level 80 mobs that drop level 80 loot to farm a lot more cash than you could in Queensdale. The same can be said for the random Eagle Griffons too, though. In fact, I’ve seen groups of extremely low-level players doing exactly this.
Still don’t think the actions of a few people should necessitate throwing out a major part of WvW. After all, in some cases it’s more like WvWvWvE. Two of the best fights of my life involved me 1 on 1 with another player while being almost overrun with mobs. One was me trying to solo the Quaggan altar on my Guardian in our Borderland. Was fighting about 10-15 Krait, killed most of them but was at extremely low health with a few seconds left on my heal recharge. Got jumped by a Tarnished Coast thief who downed me but got mobbed by Krait. Had a sliver of health left downed, managed to kill one Krait who had a tiny bit of health left and rally. Downed the thief, he dodged my finisher with his downed skill, then HE killed a Krait, rallied, and tried to run before I killed him in the water and took the altar.
Other time I was locked in a 10-minute fight with an incredibly well-played Mesmer in the middle of a Raptor spawn. I’d get her down to a sliver of health, then she’d heal, then I’d have to go defensive, all the while 7 raptors were chasing us around until finally we were both down to next to nothing, probably double-digit HP on both sides, and she got her next attack off a split second before me and downed me. Then SHE got downed by the raptors, but rallied when I got finished off first. Was epic. Almost wished you could communicate with the other team just to say thanks for the awesome fight.
Wow, rambling dude is rambling. Anyway, a simple solution would be to make WvW drops appropriate for your actual level, not what you kill. Would also help with the problem of level 80s getting level 5 blue items for killing boosted players.
