Remove resource nodes from wvw
but where will i lurk with my thief?
The rest of us would prefer to not have to run around a variety of maps just to get a supply of crafting mats. I can run around WvW, playing the game that I prefer and get my mats.
Leave them where they are, thanks.
@OP:
Yes, because forcing WvW people into PvE land to finish their daily is a good idea.
Sigh…
Gah, stupid mouse… can’t believe it clicked on this thread and then I actually read the OP.
On topic to avoid an infraction… leave ’em where they are imo. ANet has tons of more important things to worry about.
Tarnished Coast
But those rich iron ore node regroups are the best.
imo they should add more. maybe in and around mines and lumber-mills that can be fought over and controlled for easy access to resources.
[TSFR] – Jade Quarry
no
Spirit of Faith [HOPE] – RIP
I craft, and I like to craft, but I don’t want to pve to farm nodes. So, keep them. OR make objectives give better resources.
Every time a commander is killed it should spawn a ore node in the shape of a gravestone
We should have more resource nodes imo. Everythign should be T6 mats. Get those PvE players into WvW contributing!
They are also a good spot to regroup while travelling. So no.
If you have an issue with fellow players that stop to gather resource, find others to play with.
Whiteside Ridge
lol there are other things thats higher on my bother list then some stupid nodes u can leave if u dont want to farm them
Madness Rises [Rise] – Banners Hold.
Don’t argue with idiots, they pull you down their level and own you with experience.
They are also a good spot to regroup while travelling.
Yep, a smart commander keeps his tail short by mining a bit of mithril in the dredge works, or chopping down a tree at the krall.
Every time a commander is killed it should spawn a ore node in the shape of a gravestone
Interesting suggestion. What resource should it yield? Tears?
Well WvW isn’t exactly a pure pvp format in that sense of the word. A more appropriate description might be a PvP format with a PvE incentive structure. As long as WvW players are forced to acquire their items the same way PvE players do, they need the same resources.
Incidentally, I think the node system is entirely underdeveloped in WvW – certain materials are just entirely unavailable (or rare to the point that they might as well be).
this is outrageous!!! what about my daily!?
Seems like people will find anything to complain about in this game. You should uninstall immediately before you hurt yourself with your logic.
Digital Sacrifice Guild
I find them distracting and unnecessary in a pvp map.
sounds like someone stopped to mine some Iron and got run over by the zerg
