Remove the upgrade window for enemy keeps

Please change it so that we can’t just click on the map and see the upgrade status of an enemy keep.
This makes any kind of scouting ahead useless and will enforce ktrain because you can just look on the map, see which keep is about to get upgraded and just go flip it again.

You will still be able to view it from the API, so if you remove it, people are just going to check it on the live map sites instead, or probably already do.
