Not sure i have seen this suggestion in any topic’s but..

How about a commander being able to replace his name with a 100 symbol message?

So, when hovered over on the main map he/she can relay a message to people joining in battle, or describing what this objectives are without having to spam team chat.
This will provide a lot of new players to WvW with some direction.
It wil also help with coordination since seeing 4 commandertags clustered on a minimap
and keeping tabs on teamchat constantly hoping one hasn’t missed a message can interfere with emersion and keeping your eyes on the enemy.

I guess different colors is already suggested, but i guess i’ll trow it in here.
