Just in one fight, I downed one guy four times but his buddies kept rezzing him. Please, oh please give us the equivalent of a stomp for underwater combat.

They were never able to get it to work right. Part of the reason they gave up on underwater combat.

What class are you? Some have stong cleaves underwater.

Those 2 I know and they are monstrous and can get you multiple kills for the price of one.

If this ever happened, and ANet got it right, this would make underwater combat more viable and actually a good option. If they do this, maybe tweak some traits to lean toward buffs or something that would aid in underwater fighting.
