I believe it’s been changed back to 5 PM PST to account for Daylight Savings Time.
Would have been nice to have a warning or something, I’ve been standing in front of the gates for an hour now.

They still have a sticky that says it resets at 0:00 UTC. That’s about a half hour ago and doesn’t change regardless of DST.
