Reset and Daylight savings
Both the Daily and WvW resets are now an hour earlier because the anet servers observe daylight savings time.
WvW reset is now Fridays:
9pm EST
7pm Mtn
6pm PST
I say what needs to be said, get used to it.

Servers follows UTC (Old GMT) time and resets at 00:00, so they don’t use daylight savings/summer time.
So in short, they run winter-time all year.
Edit: Hover the mouse over the reset time and it lists UTC 00:00, it just converts the number for you to be nice. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Server_reset

Opposite. Daylight savings just ended, it didn’t just start. Anet actually doesn’t observe daylight savings time which is why the reset times HAVE changed to those that DO observe it (for those in Arizona, as an example of a state that doesn’t observe DST and is ALWAYS in MST and never in MDT like say, Colorado, their reset time has never changed).
If they were observing it they would’ve been ‘changing their clocks back’ from 7 PM PDT to now 7 PM PST.
