Reset time 8 EST or 7 EST?

It used to be 7PM Eastern, but they pushed it back an hour to match the monthly achievement reset. So it’s now 8PM Eastern. Same time as last week. It will be the same time this week. It will be the same time next week. It will be same time every reset.. Unless of course they change it again.
It is currently EDT so it is gonna reset at 8. For EST, it would be 7.
I will answer this way: Restart will be in 5.5h from now on.
It’s 20:27 gmt+2 where i am, and it will be 02:00 when WvW will restart.
