According to the formula, retaliation scales 7.5% off of your own power, +198.45.

However, I have around 2.7K power with 5 stacks of might and my retaliation hits for 270’s when they should in reality hit for 400’s.

Am I missing something? Is retaliation nerfed in WvW? Is the wiki wrong in this regard? Is it a bug?

Probably you have 2,7K Attack, not Power.

Fairly certain that retaliation is nerfed by 33% in WvW, so 270 makes sense if you’re expecting 400.

Retal wasn’t really nerfed this patch but fixed. It has been running the PvE damage rather than the sPvP/WvW damage in WvW for a while now. They fixed it so that it would return the damage it was meant to return all along.
