They should reward the players who stay on the sinking servers for not taking the easy way out and jumping to a different one.

If a server is getting the kittens and waffles beat out of them all week and they keep trying. They should be rewarded. The more weeks they stay the bigger reward they get for trying.

I’m sure you Arenanet could make a database that looks how bad a server is (like the bottom 6 ones) and then look at player involvment/trying.

Rewards would only be paid out on Friday.
The worse their server is and the more they try the bigger lump sum they get at the end of the week.
They may loose at the WvW, but they got some reward and feel a little better about it all.

Rewards would coin, xp and karma points ofc.
So the more they are out numbered, the more they try and the more weeks they do not xfer to another server the bigger the rewards are.

Once their server wins it stops till they get steamrolled again.

The server is only rewarded is they own less then %10 of the map for most the week and out numbered to be considered for a reward for trying against all odds.

Its just a thought to encourage the servers getting owned to keep trying.

It might have the opposite effect- people would go to servers doing poorly, go into a battleground, and afk for a free reward.

If they want matches to be more balanced they really should just switch the outmanned and orb buffs. That way outnumbered worlds would get combat bonuses and worlds that are already winning would get extra drops.

Thats why I was saying Arenanet could monitor player player activity with a database and based on server preformance.

getting rewards for losing doesn’t make it fun if all you want to do is play the game.

You can’t go afk, to whoever said that. The game will kick you out after 15 minutes.

What are you going to do about the players who refuse to even try to compete because they want your wonderful rewards for sucking and losing?

I’ve heard that setting heal or other skills to autocast prevents getting kicked for being afk. Hopefully that is fixed soon ish.
