Guild Wars 2

The first thing id like to say is “Miller Sound”. Ive been following the result os different servers and millers sound has caught my attention. Here we have what used to be a low population server which has climbed from rank 23 into possibly 6th place after the next reset.

Ring of Fire EU sadly has deteriorated in WvWand because of the failures over the past 4 weeks the biggest alliance ( TIA Alliance) has broken down. We’ve had the biggest guilds AoA and blos move to different servers and corp disbanded. We are struggling.

But we havent given up.

Im personally a commander and guild leader of ICON, Icon is a 3 week old guild already with 40 members. Ok 40 members isnt a lot right? Thats 40 ACTIVE WvW members. When i log on i see 40/40 in the guild panel instead of 70/400 like some of the bigger guilds who apparently are hardcore wvwers. Along with PI and a few smaller guilds we are striving to become the backbone of ring of fire wvw but ee seriously need more numbers. We need active members who are dedicated to wvw and bringing the server up into the single digit tiers. Millers sound achieved this just through motivation,we can do it too. At the minute we’re against drakkar lake and aurora glade. We didnt have the best start but we had members staying up from 10.30pm after the guild and officrr merting to 6am because they were solely dedicated to the guild and the server. Again, despite not having the best starti would say we are probably yhe favourites to win this week.

Im appealing to current members of ring of fire to stick with us, join a wvw guild if you arent in one jnstead of moving servers and being carried by otherd accomplishments. And im appealing to anyone who likes a challenge to come and join us in our strife to get where we want to be.

I aspire for my guild to bealongside the same standards of RG from piken and the server to be a challenge for servers such as millers sound. Comments welcome

Well, I was BloS commander, and moving on another server was the best move I was able to do, really, I have no regrets.
WvWvW in top tiers is another game, comparing to low tiers…alliances that cooperates and loads of players.
I mailed to Hawkeii, inviting him to move too, since RoF is a wasting of time. He replayed to me badly, but is ok

When you mailed me i replied saying i have no interest in abandoning a ship which isnt sinking. I am working to improve ring of fire as a server on the WvW front instead of scrounging off a different servers accomplishments.

And for the record you’re doing just as bad with millers sound as ring of fire did on farshiverpeaks. More then likely you’ll be dropping 3 places down to 10th place. Im not calling you as a server as i know MS has improved rapidly but instead of addressing the issues with ring of fire as blos should have donr, you’ve moved to a server which doesnt seem to belong in the single digit tiers shown by the rapid drop from 2nd place to what soon will be 10th.

I admire your patience, but you should be more realistic; if you are lucky, RoF will return competitive soon, but if not, you and all your guild mate will delete the game. I didn’t wanted to leave RoF, but 2 weeks ago, when I tried a top tier server, I discovered another game, compltely different and much more fun from RoF situation.

ah, we are dropping cuz we are a medium server and last week we meet 2 german servers that decided to ally against us. We are medium, did you noticed?
that’s why you should move here…no queue, good alliance etc etc.

Everybody moves and transfert, and if you are WvWvW oriented, you have to be ready to deal with it or you willl quit the game soon.

EDIT: you are missing a point: people are quitting this game, thanks to bugs, hacks and bla bla, so WvWvW numbers are falling down.
