i think RoF has a litle more numbers to do with atleast on rest but i hope we have a great some great battles

Was nice to see Blacktide come out and fight more. We need to see more of the so as to have a good 3 way fight and keeps the fun going all week

not sure if you still have that opinion, I personally as UW player dont really have alot of fun…

UW has a really strange WvW population and its really hard to say what we are capable of -.- I hope we will stabilize abit to see how good we do when we face opponents that are on the same level as we are…

Actually, a couple days later I’m not really enjoying this matchup. Our larger guilds are MIA and one of the commanders told me last night that we should be grateful for his presence.

These people show up for a couple of hours, cap a bunch of points and play exactly ZERO defense. That isn’t going to ever win the weekly score and to be honest I think these guys just want to show up and play the hero, daily, and have no real interest in winning anything.

A shame, I recognise you’re name from previous meetings Herr Der Fried. Nice to see familiar faces who stick to, and contribute to their server. Apologies for the lack of competition – I think we’re trying our best but evidently its not enough to keep you in this tier

[PI] had a really nice day out starting on Rof borders and after Rof took it back we changed between BT and UW. Had a few good fights with AA and the UW zergs aswell as some fights with BT people.

Agree entirely, if we had the same amount of people vs slightly harder opponents.. our previous matchups vs Fort Ranik have been a pain in the * because we were outnumbered any time of the day, sometimes fighting 20 vs 60.. and now that we are facing weaker servers we manage to get queues on all borders and even EB. :/

About the matchup.. I know ROF has potential to do something back to us but it seems a lot of you guys have given up, BT is non excisting, most of the easy points are found on their borders since they have nobody defending, awkward for a server that was high tier only a month ago.. completely dead now.

RoF has been beaten badly for a month or so (first by GH, then RoS), so we experience exactly the same thing you are talking about. People that you are facing are mostly the same group of WvW veterans and we have to sleep and work as well :P Also, knowing that once you go to bed, everything will be flipped again isn’t helping. We still manage to have some fun fights, like yesterday evening in UW BL, tho

And [AA] – thanks for fights in RoF Dawn’s and garri and later in your BL

I think that RoF still has to walk a long way until we become a hard opponent. Of course there are a lot of great players but what I see those days isn’t good. People don’t defend, don’t listening the commanders, don’t use/build sieges…. Even if someone says “Behind us” very small group trying to do something about that.
Anyway I believe that we are going to learn much and will keep the spirit of RoF alive as much as there is RoF.
This week I had a lot of fun and anger fighting against Uw, some nice moments with BT (hope they will have better days in the feature).
I want to say THANKS to all our commanders who didn’t leave the ship and still trying to make our fights gloriously!

Thanks SPGR to nice game today. Me and Godhl were leading defense of Garrison, for the first 2 times through watergate. Also defending Dawns Eyrie was my job. Godhl leads first attack on bay, nice one. Second attack was better, i was at south inner gate,Godhl at north inner gate. But then SPGR arrived with more numbers and wiped us.
But thanks for nice play.

In my 700+ WvW hours I’ve never seen anyone cheat until now. There just was en upscale mesmer from Blacktide (guild [NES] Nemesis) cheating his way through te gate of several towers, including Wildcreek and SM. It sucks to see your hard earned money go down the drain to some guy cheating. I’m glad we could save SM (for now).

I don’t know how he did it, but he ported himself through to gate (blink?) and then put down a portal.

We had another fun day out with [PI] fighting on UW and BT borders. Ended up helping out in EB aswell. Thanks for the fights UW/BT.

Dear RoF, im Really sorry that everytime you put a Waypoint we take your keep the same day, also i dont think we need a garrison with waypoint we are 160k points front xD. And if everytime that we were taking your garrison – bay – hills we posted here it would be the topic with the most posts lol ^^. Cya in 2 weeks

No need to be so arrogant when you have triple our numbers…. Rof would be doing the same to you guys if the numbers were reversed. There is a difference between taking a garrison when theres actually a big amount of people on the map rather then taking it when it has 5 defenders.
Was especially funny seeing your guild fail at taking dawns for an hour only to then just zerg the gate without siege because you had the numbers and actually being proud of it.
No wonder you lose in tier 7 all the time if you think beating two lower populated servers is somehow proof of your abilities.

Rubbing salt in wound, but I think this was provoked by Xilius… Xilius…don’t make me slap you or ill get thermid to do it next time you guys meet up! Despite the huge lead UW have, it’s nice to keep a positive atmosphere incase of future meetings, so I’d ask both sides to keep it clean

Yesterday some guilds were having some guild activities. So it was a bit more crowded in evening then usual.

To the RoF invader from [RFC] soloing sunnyhill with 1 ram, you’re a kittening hero taking on a tower alone so close to our spawn. I felt bad killing you :<
