I have a dozen stocked up, and I cannot unlock much, but it seems like a waste to just let the points sit there.

I was thinking maybe guard attack/defense, as the final tier offers fantastic buffs. I am an engie, so I was thinking the fortification would be a bit useless, as I could use condition damage more than vitality, if I had to assume.

Anyways, I am open to any and all opinions! Thanks mates!

Honestly if you have no interest in using supply or siege, those are your best options. The stat increase at the end are the only universal upgrades. Putting points in supply might be nice as you get a nice 50% run boost when you pick up supply, so that could help in camps. (not sure how its effected in combat) Other than that as a full time roamer those are your best options.

As a thief I found applied fortitude a better buff than guard leech. My (glass cannon) health pool went from 10.6k health to 13.1k health. Even though it helped me with that class more, I can’t help but feel applied fortitude is just a little bit better right now, although I have both anyways and if I have to retrait when leagues start I will take those two for sure.

From there it really depends on your playstyle. I opted for 4 levels in supply master, 5 levels in AC mastery, 5 levels in build mastery and treb mastery. I spend my time in Teamspeak so I usually know whats going on. If a group is going to hit an objective I may join up or hit something else that works with this. So I may drop supply for them on, say a ram, so build mastery allows me to build the ram quicker and hence take less damage from AC fire whilst the possibility of getting more supply back. If I hear an attack on an important objective like a waypointed keep or T3 tower I may fall back and man AC if I am one of the closest to the objective so AC mastery pays there. Other times I just want to have a break, maybe have something to eat, so treb mastery will pay then

As a roamer who is mainly camp flipping I went with defense against guards. It lets me get in and grab agro and survive a little longer.

You should invest in the new flameram mastery so that you can drop more effective troll rams in supply camps.

Applied Fortitude then Guard Leech. Nothing else matters unless you sit on siege all day. Stats buffs kitten kitten

I put a little in almost all the skill lines because of the huge return on investment for the first point or two in each. The rest is going to guard defense for the stat buff (guard attack is equally legitimate if you can use both condition dmg and power).

Guard Defense… period. 2500 extra HP is so ridiculously good it probably won’t last. Even siege players can use the buff to stand in a bit longer when under fire or extra HP to make a break for an under siege door.

Guard Leech… it is OK but if you use any siege, a few points in other places will likely be more useful.

guard stuff, just make solo flip camp easier and faster. Also helps when you are killing fools who run to their guards by a pt or tower thinking they’ll be safe there.
