SM Lord has WAY too much health
It scales with the number of players hitting it.
I remember getting hit for 10K on a character with 2600 -2800 armor , the same character in an attacking group with about half the players I was getting hit for a reasonable 3-4K.

I agree that the scaling of keep lords is over tuned. I feel the walls and gates of upgraded keeps are a bit over tuned as well.

It scales against players. Bring 30+ and it scales to near-impossible HP. When we go in to take the lord, we break off 10 max so we dont have to deal with the scaling. Goes down in less than 30 seconds or so. Just remember to CC it first.
