Anyways, TLDR:

DiE gets accused of exploiting, hacking and buying precursors with RTM. Lots of passive aggressive posts, back and forward. Our name gets tarnished. We finally let the accuser know our legit, non hacking tactic. We are confirmed to be legit and now the accuser knows how to counter us, according to the above screenshot.

Good day everyone. DiE doesn’t condone hacking or exploiting in any way, now let’s change the subject.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw the screenshot above. But what can you expect? If you don’t want the enemy to know your tactics, you shouldn’t be sharing them.

Most people know that DiE don’t exploit and they are just a very clever guild. It’s just a vocal minority that accuse the opposition of cheating every time they lose because they can’t handle the fact that they’ve been out smarted.

For me personally, whenever I’m part of a force that achieves something remarkable, and some of the opposing players on the forums are crying exploits because they don’t understand what actually happened, it just gives me a big warm smile :)

Maybe due to lots of pressure, accusation and bashing from others that leads you guys to disclose / prove to accuser that its legit.

Next time dont disclose those tactics imo
sometimes when they cant figure out a way to counter it, easiest is to “QQ” and hope for an answer.

But make sure its legit and keep the tactic clean

I’d like to backup DiE on their legit gameplay. Chances are it is one person with that tag acting out of character. It happens to the best of us, the only thing we can do is help each other flush these “poisons” out of our clean teams out there. It’s already out there that many many many of us do not support bad gameplay. Even today we reported the hell out of an SBI guy that thinks it’s a great idea to glitch on purpose to “show” Anet. Well, he kinda got told by a whole map of people that, that’s not something this server does. Lot’s of frowny faces about it and I’m sure that guy left the map or might have been banned from getting reported over 50 times within 2 minutes??

SBI, your EB crew will guarantee SOS will be number one for years. SOS and JQ fight often, but SBI goes as far as Dredge Tunnels and Wild Creek. Then they lose WC and seem to say “forget this, lets go back to piling on JQ”. SOS doesn’t bother attacking SBI anymore because they don’t even see SBI as a threat.

What happened to the Stormbluff that used to fight hard for Stonemist? We took Stonemist fighting SOS alone for it the other day. EB is just JQ running in circles fighting two servers to reclaim stuff lately.

^^^ This. I’m actually get sick of people talking about how SBI and/or JQ are playing for second place.

All things being equal and all supply camps being fair game, I’d rather attack meaningful SoS holdings. It’s not personal, I just find SBI commanders are willing to demonstrate a better sense of humor in the forums and occasional antics on the battlefield.

I lol’d the other day when an SBI zerg overran my ninja squad (behind SOS lines). Not one of them attacked us, all they did was literally run a huge full circle around us hopping and then ran on… it was rich. I wish I’d fraps’d it.

This didn’t diminish SBI epeen and it is certainly not a lurve fest… it’s just smart play and good stewardship of the larger objectives.

The invisible enemy is boredom, apathy, and dwindling numbers. Innovative engagement and willingness to be a bit creative helps us all bridge over the rough water.

The little things matter when our various forces spend more time with each other than with people at work, in school, or in bed. In the absence of REAL™ in-game incentives, the little things matter.

Perhaps its all nonsense, I just follow the guiding principle that I’d rather take points from the side I like less most and have the epic memory-making battles with those I like more mostest.

But good to know that SoS has diligent scouts in the puzzle. :P

How my morning went for me on SBI BL…

Me: Uggh we need to go wipe SoS off the map and catch up on point.
2nd Me: Oh look SBI is trying to take thier garrison back KILL KILL KILL.
Me: SBI and JQ should be kicking SoS’s butts. No new server is gonna come to T1 and push either one of us off. We have both been here since like week 2, and we are gonna stay.
2nd Me: Oh look SBI is STILL trying to take thier garrison back. KILLKILL KILL.
30 minutes later my head is still having the same argument with itself.

Been following you for a while now with your thf vids man, great job on those,. That being said, please don’t do something that will get you banned. I’d hate to see that talent as thf go to waste just to prove a point to AN. Keep the great vids coming bud.

yesterday during Prime time we had the outmand buff in JQ BL still managed to take our tower and keep back but when jq saw we were moveing it turned from 2v1 to 4v1 not a good sight

Yesterday when a few of us ninja’d a tower with a golum, we were the first ones through the gate and we went from the gate straight up the ramp to the lord, yet by the time we were half way up the ramp you had already killed the lord.
At no time did you pass us so if you didn’t hack into the tower how were you attacking the lord at the same time we destroyed the gate?
If you are hacking or exploiting you are just tarnishing the rest of us with the same brush purely by association.

I was just there to grab a quick portal up cause even with 15 JQ still couldn’t stop our mesmer portals up.

But it explains why we were able to push so well this morning into JQ turf.

Well, is there any thing that’s important as far as points in this tier 1 match up posted in forums.

his days are numbered, screenshots and he even admits it openly. Hope teaching Anet a lesson was worth it even after all the effort getting a legendary only to lose it.

Gotta love the fights on SoS BL. Outmanned, SBI held the tower for quite awhile, fending off many catapults and golems from JQ. After awhile, JQ finally broke into our poor only tower. And then we realize: JQ lost their keep and tower while they were fighting outside our tower. And then 5 minutes later, SoS took that tower too.

Super fun. And if all it takes for JQ to lose all their lands is us holding a tower, I would do that anyday.

People, let’s stop blaming each other for hacks and exploits. Obviously as players we cannot stop poor behavior of individuals.

For example we’ve already reported a certain exploit user at least 30+ times, but he’s still doing it 4 days after. You’d think someone from Anet would look into it? Please? Can’t fix it? Ban him. Can’t ban him? Suspend him. Can’t suspend him? whisper him to stop.

The problem is people that hack/ exploit aren’t looked at as individuals, as demonstrated already in this thread by being referred to as an ‘SBI’ player. SBI doesn’t want to be associated with hackers or exploiters anymore than SoS or JQ do. I would imagine servers in the other tiers feel likewise.
It only takes a minority to give a bad reputation to the entire server.

It’s hard not to associate individuals with their server. Mostly because of Anet’s fault of naming every enemy player you see as ‘Server name’ ‘Invader/Defender’.

If you saw names of players instead. The blanket blame on the offender’s server would lessen.

Just wanted to say JQ had me laughing when we portal bombed at Bay straight into golems (On Sea of Sorrow Borderlands).

It was tight, and fought well.

Then of course we backdoored on SBI taking Hills and snagged that.

I think the guy complaining about JP camping is probably a PVE player who only wants his quick badges. He doesn’t seem to realize that all servers have camped the JP when it was convenient. It’s a fast way to get siege for your team when you have a mesmer in there. Just today I saw an SoS treb in the JP. Not really sure what good it was doing, but if SoS wants to put all their supply into siege in the JP and not on their towers, I won’t complain.

Oh no you don’t JQ, MERC has been playing from 10pm to 6am. We will keep playing and playing and playing, we won’t lose now!

SoS wouldn’t need to if the other servers didn’t. It seems you can only do the EB JP only at the times your server is camping it now days. It’s like it’s camped 24/7 now with each server rostered in a specific a time zone.

It was only close because we knew we could win with 100 and no one plays Fridays when we have such a huge lead. We had a 16k lead until yesterday.

That being said JQ did great this week! Most pressure we felt since hitting number one for sure. Guess we didn’t need PRX eh? =D

The guy have not be banned yet after 4 days of mass reporting. He got into hill lord room and almost killed the lord before he was spotted

No problem!! Guess we both think the same way running solo so was surprised to see another solo capper since it was all groups of five or so I met that night. Sorry about the random “attacks” though whenever I stood up. Kept trying to autoattack when you got close and couldn’t cancel it without running away and spoiling things. Always on the lookout to just chill with the enemy when solo roaming too since it’s a nice break from the constant fighting.

Also if the Female Norn(or large size human) I battled for a few minutes on SoS BL near the JQ gate and didn’t finish out of respect is reading this, that was easily the best duel I’ve ever had! Can honestly say I got lucky with cooldowns to cancel one of your heals at the right time otherwise you would’ve won through pure perseverance. Was getting worn out by then so if I had missed, you would have one deservedly.

About DiE, met a few who just chill as well (and chat) so they seem pretty nice though just a small sample I guess. Gonna assume anybody who is cheating is doing it cos they want to, and not a fair representation of the guild as a whole.
