Score from kills rewards playing in big groups. Due to downed state feature players in big groups are far less likely to die and far more likely to kill enemies.

Score from holding objectives rewards playing in small groups. The most effective strategy to capture and defend lots of structures is to spread forces into small groups. Defensive siege is a force multiplier.

Score from dolyaks rewards idleness. Okay, so this is the stupid part. Dolyak is a slow, weak NPC that any player can easily kill. Defending dolyaks is very hard. Dolyak score is betting on the possibility that no enemy player will bother to intercept them. This is a big reason why “night capping” is so effective.

My suggestion is to get rid of points for dolyak arrivals and dolyak kills. Arrivals so that enemy idleness is not rewarded. Kills so that capturing camp is always better than not capturing it.

I would like to see a “local outmanned” buff and PPK scoring adjusted to that. Because I have also noticed that PPK and KDR in general tends to favor the bigger groups, though not always, it does so far more often then not.

If the local buff is patterned after the actual Outnumbered! “buff”, though, I’m not sure what that’s worth. Armor not breaking is a very tiny convenience, and I don’t know about anyone else, but I never have trouble hitting (and staying at) max participation if I’m doing something that gets me in a lot of fights anyway.

For local outnumbered, I would make it a PPK buff so if you are outnumbered your kills are worth more. Many times you may not be outnumbered as a BL but there is definitely a local outnumbered when you come against a group of 40+ with your 15. If they are going to increase PPK they need to do something to help provide incentive to fight as smaller groups because increasing PPK just provides incentive to fight blob v blob. I wouldn’t mind a better magic find off a PPK buff too though since the kills are harder to come by

Regarding the local outnumbered, it sets a better basis for working with it in the future. If it is a local outnumbered, instead of a global/map wide, then you can actually give some relevant buffs to it.

Specifically I’d like to see all AoE skills gain +5 targets, or just a blank doubling of targets on skills in general while “local outnumbered”. So 30 vs 15, those 15 might stand a chance to accomplish something (assuming roughly equal skills).

But also for usage of supply, to counter the number advantage in sieges when outnumbered. Like +5 carry, faster repair and build etc.

50% damage while on walls when outnumbered :p
