Seafarer’s Rest is a Medium Pop server currently bouncing around T3 and T2 (T2 last match)

If you are looking for a server with no ques (Off Peak and weekdays at all hours), With a hard working WvW community be sure to check it out.

I wont try and sell it to you. Maybe try it for 24hours yourself. But I will give you one fact.

Its the only (and was the first) Medium Population Server globally to appear in the Top 3 Brackets and make it to T2. That kind of shows you the density of quality PvP players in our server.

Not much night zerging from us going on. By being a Medium pop server we kind of have a bit of pride for getting as far as we have. Maybe that might be something you would like to share with us to?

me and our guild transferred here last week and the WvW is very active, much more than the high pop server i transferred from. There is a really good friendly well organized community here and all guilds and players work well together when playing WvW.

I am really enjoying the WvW here much more than server than the server i transferred from and the queues are short in prime time which is great. people here seem to have a good never give up attitude which is great.

I highly recommend you and your guild transfer here while there is still time as there is room for more good well organized guilds and players here, you should at least check it out and see for yourself.

Im also positive about that server My Legion + our ally transfer here around 1 week ago. Fightin spirit , never give up and intersting wvwvw. That’s what i like

I say far shiverpeaks wvw guilds should merge with sea farers too get a good populated server.

Webley, you don’t need to mention how Seafarer’s Rest is medium pop in every single post you make to this forum.

It’s getting a bit tiresome.

As OP says SFR is a ( The ONLY ) medium server that made it to T2. ( currently in T3)

We have 2 problems,
A. No real night crew
B. As medium servers not enough people ( thus out numbered alot )

Still we did reach T2 but its hard to keep up against Heavy/Full servers for a long period of time.
We are in need of more players in general and a serious night crew.
If you like serious and good coordinated WvW then SFR is where you want to be !
Oh and low/no queue !

As you can see HEAVY Outnumbered but as our good friend Charlie Sheen would say, STILL WINNING !!

Sadly when we go to bed we lose the whole map again and dont get stuff back before 17:00/18:00 then we grab a point lead again untill like 0:00/1:00.

This is only a good 8 hour real WvW Cover we have the other 16 we lose it all especially in higher tiers.

I believe ET was high until it started loosing and people started leaving to JQ or HoD (Before HoD died out)

Population markers on servers aren’t really a proper index of WvW activity. If you like to join a server with a very active WvW population, Seafarer’s Rest is where you want to be. As many already proudly stated, SFR is a server with a “medium” pop marker with no night crew that made it to the top 6. Join us for some fun!

I’ve also moved to Seafarer’s Rest about a week ago. And I’m stunned how great all of the guilds on the server are working together. It’s a hard fight, but i think the guilds are verry good at cooperation.

After playing on different servers I know bigger doesn’t mean better. I was previously on Aurora Glade and while there were more people in theory it felt like once the scores were low for us most gave up.

On SR we have been fighting tooth and nail now all week against amazing odds. I can’t tell you how fun this is. The attitude to WvsW is a breath of fresh air and with so many well organised guilds it’s so much fun to be part of this server.

We also moved to SFR some time ago and we found a really active and organized WWW community, it’s wonderful how the people on this server don’t give up on fighting even when losing, this is the spirit we were looking for!

Agree, SFR is a strong server for the population it has (medium)… we have only a limit, we are at 99% europeans, and we do not controll the map in all the day, till evening, when we have strong WWW guilds and 2 big alliances.. we need more people and with different time-gaming to do better.

Anyway, we are doing our best, and all can see it

Oh man, this photo where you’re winning in tier3 is at least pathetic, you took it on Thursday or Friday when 50% of Blacktide’s population stopped playing because of sure victory… We were actually playing without commanders because everybody was thinking about next rotation. If you really want any guilds to come to you, then at least don’t lie about how awesome server you are… Beating SFR wasn’t a real challenge

Today was a nice start for SFR.
OSC has grabbed 95% of germany, though I have to say they spend a lot of money in siege.
We prolly smashed 200g worth of siege today :P

Makes me wonder why people don’t just transfer here?
We’re a medium pop server with very good guilds and skilled players, if we had numbers… oh god.

Que times are still very short and PvP is still very good and organised by the larger more established guilds.

Yup, player skills and guild coordiantion are very high here, we just need guilds to come here and give us some numbers when we’re not online to win 1vs2s.

Yup, small population users to boot with legendary player, not to mention this person hitting here first level 20 with a monk before lighting chain nerf duo complain such as Piken Square players because they suck soso.

Still looking for more WvW focused guilds/players, this is the place to be !

Only ques ive seen are at prime time weekends fyi. weekdays its instant

I recently moved here for more active WvW and the server is great, moving here was a great decision by our guild. There is only a very short Queue in prime time which is great. I highly recommend this server to anybody thinking of moving servers.

Hello, ive been at Seafarer from the beginning and liked the action here. As other games we suffered from people leaving after “first month” and we really could use more people here. I can also recommend you to join us with warm welcome.

Bumping this up with a bit more context to the post.

Currently there are 5 low/medium populated EU realms, I’ll list below with curent rankings:

1. Seafarer’s Rest (9th EU) – max rank 6th EU
2. Piken Square (20th EU)
3. Vabbi (25th EU)
4. Ruins of Surmia (26th EU)
5. Fissure of Woe (27th EU)

As the rankings show, if you want low to no queues with a capable www crew Seafarer’s is a worthy choice for you’re guild.

Currently the server lacks coverage in non-EU times, and indeed in EU times it could be better, as with all servers activity has dropped since launch.

We could do with an injection of new blood- if you are a WWW guild looking to transfer to a realm with no queues which is competitive – take a look in this direction.

Map chat is solely in English (in case this is a concern), and has a great community that all work together.

Transfers are going to become more limited soon, take a gamble, screw the big population ‘I win because of numbers servers’, come to a ‘I win because I am better server’.

We got to tier 2 and 3 just by winning our matches in PRIME time no alarm clocking involved.

If we win this week (Which is looking good) and win the next matchup (Which is also looking good against Miller sound and Kodash) we will arrive back in T2

Unfortunately I think T2 is the highest we could ever achieve with our numbers and time zone coverage.

Welcome to the new WWW centric guilds that have joined over the past few days, nice to see everyone and all working together for the same cause.

Seafarer’s has now hit a server status of High, and have pretty much queues everynight in EU primetime, on all maps.

We have a great community, and would be particualy like to see a couple of NA/offpeak playtime guilds to join this and come along for the ride and see where we end up.

Anyone heard from Blacktide? Seafarers rest seen them as pve mobs and being accepted as farmed pve being for ascended gear. That is atleast 2 month+.
