Seriously? WVW down at prime time?

Are you really trying to push away a large portion of your active players that only like WvW content?

For realsies yo.

This is horse Updates should wait until there is a significant dip in WvW participation.

And when would that be? People from different timezone will complain too if the down time happens on their prime time.

Pretty sure this has to do with the insane increase to the cheats players are using (i.e. auto-dodge counter hack) among other things, such as the performance. I suspect there will also be some permanent bans in the process.

It’s always prime time somewhere. I’m sure they’d have avoided it if they could have, though.

Why cant they just break PvE instead of WvW for once.. what kinda riots would be going down if Dungeons and fractals couldnt be entered…

Ah so this was a planned outage? Better than if unplanned I guess but you;re right 30 secs is ridiculous and something they promised they weren’t going to do.
