Guild Wars 2

I’m trying to compile a list of server forums and possibly teamspeak servers. Is there a wiki page that list all of them? So far I took the links from gw2wvw.net but the list seems very outdated and many servers are missing forums.

Also, would it be a good idea to include the teamspeak server address or not?
