Does anyone know when and what time server refreshes happen? I understood that the refresh happens every Monday, but I am not sure at which time PST?

The Arbriel Family and dynasty of characters have been around since inception in 2001.

Server populations apparently just updated a few hours ago. Several servers became Full.
