Server transfer to blackgate

I have a friend currently on sanctum of Rall, who wants to come to Blackgate so he can do WvWvW with me. Any idea when the server might not be full? We’ve been waiting for a while and he just hasn’t had the chance to switch over yet.

Check during EU prime. Get that autoclicker up and running or your friend is gonna have a bad time.
