I was just solo roaming in BG bl and ran into a teleport-spamming BG elementalist, guild tag [SG]. We encountered at least four times and everytime he couldn’t beat me and then teleport away (not the utility skill and has a much further range thatn that skill).

The first time we met we were fighting around the bridge near the south ruin. He managed to go into the wall and all my projectiles couldn’t hit him. After fully regened, he somehow decided to come out of the wall and resume the fight. However he again could not beat me and decided to ran away. Then that’s how i witness his amazingly-talented mobility. Within blinks, he teleported to some point almost out of my camera sight. Forget about thieves or nike warriors, this ele is the killer.

Of course after OOC, he shamelessly came back for me again. Unfortunately, this time he got downed by me before running away. As I about to finish him, he miraculously disappear from my face and I am out of combat. No exp. Really weird. As I was so puzzled by this mysterious high-end technique, I saw his name appeared on my screen from far far away. Of course, he again charged for me but I have lost interest to fight. I am so intrigued by this shameless behavior.

Of course I reported him for scamming not that anet will do kitten about it. But for JQ and TC roamers, if u see this tiny ugly asura elementalist with [SG] please pay attention. He is really good… at running away.

I don’t know where to post this and decide to post in this forum since that was my experience from wvw.

Anyone know of this?

What C word is the taboo? I only wrote this to communicate with the wvw community and to find out if someone also ran into phenomenal hackers like this one…

I wasn’t referring to the whole BG community. In the end of that fight, I got gang kitten by them but I’d say those BG players are good and skillful. I am just referring to this particular asura elementalist hacker with a guild tag [SG] who happen to come from BG.

Before this gets locked, here is what I have learned from encountering two hackers. Take as many screenshots as possible, as fast as possible. Report the player for botting (closest applicable).

Open up your friends list – open blocked list. Screenshot who is on your blocked list, THEN block the hacker. Screenshot your block list again – you should have the account name of the hacker.

File a report at Exploits@Arena.Net – this is the only e-mail provided to me by a moderator that locked a thread where I encountered supermen that could literally jump over wvw keep walls.

I find it disgusting that we can not call out hackers on public forums. It is stupid and detrimental. Please pass that along to your manager, Forum Moderator who locks this thread.

by experience I find 80~90% of those, “he hax” to be false alarms caused by upset losers who only go ahead and would name and shame someone.

I have already seen lemmings fanboying a cheater in other game and not seeing that he’s cheating at all, but accusing and raging at other who actually didn’t cheat, but they believed he did.

Forum Mods simply lock such threads and do not allow people to post screenshots with those stuff as “proof” because it’s considered naming and shaming, and people in majority are lemmings.
They tend to repeat mindlessly one after another with having 0 knowledge regarding that matter.

C for cheat but we dont write down something like that

I’ve encountered this person OP mentioned months ago. No matter how many times he goes down, he disappears and comes back. I never got a single bag for all the times he went down. He can be blatant about the teleport since he has not been banned.

Hacks? Those are called Special Features! No matter how many times you report it, they will just throw it in a bin and threads like these will be wiped under the carpet.

hacks, wvw not ment to be balanced, Anet dont care becouse it, it is a casual gameplay, working as intended.

really surprised this thread hasn’t been locked yet. hackers are shameless, yes, and they’ll stay that way because Naming and Shaming is not allowed on ArenaNet’s forums.
