Edit: They’re still out there, just harder to get now for whatever reason… oh, wait, it’s WvW related, duh, no wonder it’s harder to get. Seriously, though, EotM is probably you’re best chance of getting one.

They used to drop reasonably well before the nerf. Figures now that the collection is important, that you can go for weeks playing EotM and it still doesn’t drop.

Edit: If it’s needed for something you can bet your sweet kitten that they’ll obliterate the drop rate of it.

Anyway, please bring back our siege commander spoons, Anet. I was collecting them and them not dropping any more is just another change that sucked the joy out of wvw for me.

I assumed they’d removed them. The extreme drop nerf is standard Anet procedure I suppose. Since HoT hit I’ve had more precursors drop in WvW than Siege Commander’s Spoons.

Siege Cmd Spoons are Exotic, it adds to the exotic loot table, hence it messes up your chances of getting exotic stuff, instead of probably a precursor, u get a spoon…

Hence why they nerfed it.

But, come to think of it, i havent really gotten any exotic drops in WvW since HoT…

I hope for the return of these marvelous spoon drop-rates; for I wish to finish my lifetime utmost important dream goal.

people complained so much about constantly getting exotic spoons “instead” of exotic gear (which is bullkitten) that they changed spoon drops to a junk item after you get your collection spoons.

keep an eye on your junk items. you wont get any more exotic spoons though. the community couldnt handle it, so we cant have nice (silly) things.

I really want my spoons back but if that’s out of the question, getting sporks to collect would at least make me a little bit happy.
