Simple WvW adjustment for outnumbered
For the millionth time, outnumbered is not a buff, its an EFFECT, its to notify you when you have less numbers and to give a small incentive to players to stay active on the map. Giving unfair advantages simply because the enemy outnumbers you is beyond impractical and unbalanced.
Honesty is not insulting, stupidity is.

So opposing players are forced to suffer through more running across the map, simply because you are short handed?
A specific player cannot control how many allies play at a time that the specific player is on. Why should that specific player be forced to spend more of his or her game time running back or what not then you, because of when their fellow players are playing, or yours are not?

I don’t support not allowing them to rez, but perhaps making it so they can’t rally(unless bannered) would make it pretty fair.
That way if the larger force wins they spend time Rezzing the dead, allowing the smaller force to rerally, but if the smaller force wins it’s because they fought better.
The problem with this idea is that its not fair. It assumes bringing fairness to an unfair scenario, but that scenario doesnt necessarily happen. There are 3 sides playing. 2 could be clashing zergs, while 1 is outmanned. Good. But what if that 1 side has 10 players running around “outmanned” avoiding the enemy zergs and instead ganking 1-5 man groups? With this buff, it would cause issues to the outmanned roamers that has the unfortune of a zerg elsewhere on the map. You cant fully determine whats outmanned on border numbers alone when we start looking at individual fights. Not everything is zerg vs zerg in known numbers.
I much prefer the idea of not allowing rallying off a kill on an outmanned player. It maintains the core game mechanics and instead of annoying players by punishing them when killed by outmanned player, it reduces the effect of one of the most annoying things in the game, rallybots.

Making various player utilities and elites useless to an entire game mode? That is not remotely reasonable.
