Look at Henge and Eredons.
I remember fighting Henge and Blackgate at the very start and they were both amazing servers. Henge being much better than us and us being better than Blackgate.
But wow. Server tranfers killed that server.
And we fought Eredons Terrace a few weeks ago. Completely empty.
My server, NSP also seems to be falling victim to the server transfer plague. Or I should actually put it. Has already fallen.
Its been happening over the last month or so. And we have lost 90% of all our WvW guilds to places such as Maguuma.
Its saddening to see servers which simply die. And something which I don’t quite understand.
So you leave your server for one that is more WvW orientated? But when you get there you find huge queue times and players that are way out of your league. So what happens? You either return to your old server or your guild slowly dies and is dispersed.
But you cannot return to your old server, since it is now an empty husk because every WvW’er left. So you only have one option left.
