Nope, not a qq thread.

But has anyone actualy tested what it does?

Personaly i ran a little test(about 500 reps) and got around 8% chance of activation, activations happened both on normal and critical hits. As these crit% values are usualy round numbers, i´d guess actual chance is either 10% or 5%.
Any other results.

(also worth noting that when consumable wasn´t widely known i seem to recall far higher chance of activation, but can´t be sure as i didn´t test it back then)
